Snapped this photo around 6AM this morning. I always love when the Hancock Tower seems to disappearing into the sky.

Looks like it’s time to go out and buy that Powerball ticket! This 4,000 sq ft. penthouse condo in Boston’s Beacon Hill neighborhood has officially gone on the market and the renderings are truly incredible. As I’ve written before on this blog, the combination of modern and vintage styles are really my favorite aesthetic and it looks like the architects/designers on this project have executed this remarkably well. Check out more photos on the official property listing here.

Hope everyone had a happy 4th!
Summer in the city is truly magical. Saw this photo, taken Tuesday night, on the instagram account of photographer Greg DuBois. Love everything about this image and I highly recommend checking out the rest of Greg’s portfolio at www.gregdubois.com.
The library building of the New England College of Optometry is definitely a contender for coolest facade on Beacon Street. Maybe if my college library had looked like this I might have spent a little more time there..
